PvP Base, plz don’t get outbreak nerfed like you do everything else.
Before the PvP base starts to whine and cry about outbreak, I’d like to ask em to well...not do that this time. This is a fun weapon to use, not terribly;y easy to get.
Y’all just got spectral nerfed, next casualty is Luna’s and not forgotten. Thanks PvP base.
Where has the whole “Get gud” the PvP base likes to throw around? Never want to seem to get gud, just want to use whatever you’ve always ran and wanna keep that pointless k/d up past 2.
I see Outbreak getting nerfed within 2 weeks or so. PvP base does not like fun, just whining.

Its the same as every other 450 RPM pulse rifle (Nightshade, Chattering Bone) yet nobody complained about those. The only thing Outbreak has going for it is good recoil and aim assist. A Nightshade with killclip is arguably better as its far easier to take advantage of killclip than it is to Outbreak's exotic perk. Outbreak requires you to get a precision kill and then requires a person to be near the nanites in a 3-4 second time frame or the nanites will disappear. And even if you do get tagged, you can just back off and wait. Where as killclip, you just need to kill someone, body or head, and find your next target and go ham. Odds are that person will sometimes not know you even have killclip procced. Outbreak Perfected exotic perk is more of a novelty, but great only in a scenario where the stars align. But in a 1vs1, Outbreak is just a normal 450 RPM pulse rifle that looks cool.
