I’m a big pvp player. I don’t think the weapons needs to be tweaked. Like most weapons (This does not apply to pre nerf Luna’s and NF) it all depends on how good the user is. You can’t get made at someone for using a weapons that YOUR not good at. I think Outbreak is well balanced and can’t wait to see if Bungie brings back some more Raid exotics.
