Nerf I have it and it’s good but not the best weapon. Vigilance wing is still really good and can 2 burst. Hand cannons still dominate right now. A bygones or a blast furnace can compete with outbreak.
It is good but not game breaking good.
I used it for a while then put it away and pulled out a sniper and recluse.
