Homeslice ima need you to calm down with the rage. Exotic weapons are useful for one of two reasons: Boss DPS or add clear potential. No other reason. This is one of the only exotic primary weapons that does significant boss DPS. I say it’s a step in the right direction as to how exotic primaries should go, yet as it stands it’s doing DPS on the level of some HEAVY weapons. Stacking those nanites makes some crazy stuff go down. There needs to be more primaries that work like this. Like back when Hard Light was Raid meta because of ricochet damage. Touch of Malice is another example. Outbreak is currently just a LITTLE too good for a primary weapon when it comes to boss DPS. It’s a good change from the usual heavy weapon meta, but there’s no other primary contenders. It’s just out of balance with literally every other primary. Which is why I think they will nerf it. Not that I particularly want them to or are advocating for it, the opposite actually. But I see it from Bungie’s viewpoint. But flying off the handle yelling about getting my eyes checked and JUST REMOVE IT FROM THE GAME ain’t gonna do sh*t compadre.
