Because overused often gets seen as op....look at lh/NF....

Please by that logic bygones would be nerfed first and honestly lunas and not forgotten were always broken it was only a matter of time before they recieved a slight nerf

Stats show that LH/NF are OP. They are broken af compared to all other guns. Outbreak is not different than Nightshade.

Luna and Nf are good so I'm not surprised there, but outbreak ain't really gonna make the meta-list if 180 hcs is unchanged on console especially hand cannons in general on pc and new maps aren't implemented to complement longer range weapons
