Max Light/Level should ONLY come from completing the Raid, or Prestige version if available.
Title pretty much says it all.
I think we should only be able to get max light through doing the raid, you shouldn’t be able to just strike your way to the top. Also, this way, when you see someone at Max light you know they’re not a headless chicken who just strike their way to 700.

No.. srry. You want EVEN LESS ppl to play this game? Raids suffer for a number of reasons but that isn't one of them. Not even close.
