Why have the D2 servers been so god-awful lately? I've checked around on here and it doesn't seem to just be me, which I thought it might have been. It's incredibly difficult to do anything in the game when five seconds after I load in, I get a black screen and [i]Contacting Destiny 2 Servers...[/i] pops up. It's even worse when it tells me it's contacting servers and I'm in the middle of a Gambit match, a Strike or hell, even just free-roaming, especially when it decides to just boot me to the title screen. On top of that, sometimes it's apparently not enough that the game has to constantly check with the servers, but it also just hits me with random lag spikes that make the game near unplayable, since any damage I appeared to have done to an enemy, didn't actually happen, and I end up dead while they run off-practically unscathed mind you-to kill the whole of my team. It would just be nice to know if the servers are messed up because of the upcoming update, and/or they're being modified for maintenance, or if they're just broken for some reason, and Bungie hasn't bothered to fix them. I just want to know what's going on, honestly. Feedback from Mods or other users is appreciated. [i](P.S.
