We are not a hierarchy clan. We are one big clan.  We have established raid teachers. They are very good at what they do. We teach all raids all experience levels.  ** We will not carry.  ** Everyone is taught a job in each run. On multiple runs you will be taught a different job. We teach everyone the same way to make it easier to jump in with any clan mate. We have established pvp players. They run comp and some qp. They are willing to teach strats and weapon choices to become a better pvp player. There is an inactivity policy of 5k xp earned each week. A holiday policy is in place because we understand life happens. Discord is required. Very organized (im a bit ocd) There is no exceptions to that rule.  Discord and 5k xp a week are the only 2 rules we have. We purge at reset every week. We do not keep inactive padded numbers, all players are active weekly. Pick anyone you would like. There is no difference in any of the 3. Its personal preference.
