Chalice runes not appearing in menu after dropping from crucible matches!
I've been grinding crucible for hours trying to get the green runes of desire for the Austringer hand cannon, and I can report that on at least THREE occasions, they have not appeared in the chalice menu after visibly dropping as a crucible match reward. This is extremely frustrating, can someone please look into this?

I haven't had that problem however, I have had the problem of purchasing the chalice perks like the one that drops green runes and them disappearing making me have to buy the upgrade again.
