Hello guardians! I hope some of you can help me with my problem. I use to create fireteams when i need them. May be i am not a perfect team/raid leader, but i do it for along time that it became my habbit. But i start to get tired random people. Most of them are very rude or very shy people and dont want to solve problems. You may offer to join a clan. I tried some of them. May be i am unlucky guy, but some of them died after time, some of them burned in flame of internal scandals and haterd. Honestly, i feel lonely in this game. May be i dont see random people like persons. But i dont know what exactly i shoud do. Shoud i find a clan? How to find a fine clan? Shoud i create my clan? Yeah, i did it. But i dont know good ways to find new members and i dont have enough time to manage it. I will be glad to read your thoughts and advice. May be you can point the right way.
