Hey guys, I found some more instances of the 'whispering voices' I've mentioned before. Instead of just in "the tunnels", I've found the sounds in other cabal areas, like [b]The Leviathan[/b], [b]Firebase Hades[/b], the strike [b]The Arms Dealer[/b], and[b] The Menagerie[/b]. it's subtle and hard to hear, but if you stand in silence in one of those areas, I can guarantee you will hear it.
