Talking about the Corsair Badge here. Spent a good 3 hours grinding the Dreaming City activities to get a drop to move on with the quest. Instead, I killed 2 armies of Taken and Scorn, doing patrols and Public Events, and Blind Well for this time, STILL NOTHING HAS DROPPED! At this point, the game has blocked me from receiving Truth. Why is it Bungie, that you force these RNG type quests on us? RNG is so much worse than it was in Year 1. I’ve spent most of my time doing pointless crap to get nothing in return. HUNDREDS OF HOURS WASTED. Now this badge won’t drop when I’m trying to make it drop, yet, will drop 3 times in a day for me when I NEVER need it. What is this game’s algorithm for this nonsense? It’s ridiculous. I don’t want to grind for hundreds of hours when I’ve pretty much done EVERYTHING the Dreaming City had offered to me. Fix this quest by having us complete a Tier 3 Blind Well instead of waiting on RNG corsair badged.
