We need a Kinetic Rocket Launcher!
When I imagine a Kinetic Rocket Launcher I see it using Green Ammo.
Maybe a wrist mounted weapon that fires miniature high speed rockets and has Demonlistist as a perk.

Id love a kinetic machine gun that is exclusive to titans and have the other classes get some exclusives as well.
