actually tho, I was feeling creative so I decided to vomit up whatever idea I came up with onto this video game forum
From "A Record of Agartha" by Midrus the Wise
At the beginning of our age, eons ago, the Holy Comet came. The Comet saw the desolate ruin of the land before ours, and sought to create something new. The Holy Comet fragmented into three, and these fragments were the aspects of Truth, Judgement, and Beauty. These aspects gave themselves names: Solon knew all that could be learned, Apollyon brought his iron fist down upon the peoples, and Asmael created constructs of awe-inspiring beauty.
The Three Divinities split the land of Agartha into three, and created a world that blanketed the old and decrepit one that came before it. An eon passed, and the people of Agartha flourished.
From "The Age of Disaster" by Saint Lor IX
The very land of Agartha began to rebel, with devastating earthquakes sundering cities and carving valleys through the flattest of plateaus. Things began to die, people withering into husks in their beds and swaths of crops turning to dust overnight. Nightmare warriors, born of an ancient nihility, ravaged the land and killed whoever they desired. The Divinities held a council with the greatest leaders of Agartha to decipher the cause of this chaos. It is uncertain what verdict was arrived at on that fateful day, but the account of what was spoken in that council partially remains in the form of an ancient scroll written by my forefathers, kept secret from even the highest powers in Agartha.

From "The Day They Disappeared" by K.L. Be'ali
Soon after the Divinities' mysterious council, a great battle was fought at the Silver Palace where the Divinities resided. Armies of warriors only described as "nightmarish" descended down upon the Palace and tore the walls down in a rabid hunt to find the Divinities. From what some ancient accounts describe, three great pillars of an eldritch purple light shot into the sky, accompanied by pained screams. A great blast of white light followed, and some texts theorize that this was the Divinities' last effort to protect themselves from the dark warriors who oppressed them. The Silver Palace was destroyed by that blast, leaving only rubble, confusion, and a world without the protection of the Divinities.
From "Prophecy" by Gogrun the Lost Hermit
When darkened knight claim the land,
And chaos spawns from demon's hand,
The Holy Ones will lose their thrones,
And nightmares claim this newfound home.
A beacon borne of desperation rises,
With holy touch but unknown purpose.
To forge a path across the land,
And free the Three from Hasmed's hand.
Slay the void that lurks below,
And restore Agartha to its former glow.
