Black Screen on Laptop

I have been trying to fix and issue for about 4 hours now and I have come to the end of every bit of information I could find. I am at the end of my rope. So I just got this new Alienware Area 51m laptop because I will be going away for the summer and the grind never stops. I have had no problems with Destiny 2 on my PC except for the occasional guitar error but that is not the point. The point is that I have only downloaded trusted apps with the only game being Destiny 2. It is only a week old and I have not opened it since I bought it. I opened Destiny, and within about 10 seconds of me picking my warlock and looking at my ship, my entire display/monitor turned off. I cannot Alt+F4, I cannot Alt-Tab, and I cannot Ctrl-Alt-Delete. I am forced to power off the entire computer and weep. The computer turns back on perfectly and works fine. What I have tried is: Deleting config file, changing config file to start in windowed, turn off integrated GPU, caressing the laptop and asking for forgiveness, turning it on and off again, and downloading new drivers. You know, the usual. Nothing. Bloody. Works. Other games run just fine, task manager has nothing to report, and I am about to have a fit. Please serious responses only, I truly need help. To repeat, the model is an Alienware Area 51m laptop. I do not know which specs people usually want. People have been saying that I should install a certain driver for my GPU but I only have a NVIDIA RTX 2070. Latest drivers as of June 24th, 2019. Please help me <3
