Bungie, at this point you could just open up the entire Leviathan as a patrol space
It has so many varied locations now with the Menagerie, Underbelly, Spire of Stars and the rest that with a few more connections and tunnels it would make for one enormous and cool patrol space complete with a NPC vendor (finally add Gus the slovenly) and even unique public events.
Consider.

Here’s my suggestion. Blow up the Leviathan and all their weapons. Make the Cabal start over for a change. I’m still bummed thar our shit got wrecked in the tower and our surviving gunsmiths are like- “Bad Ju Ju? Never heard of it, but here’s a sniper rifle that auto loads ammo from reserves when hitting crits. I bet you guardians never had anything as cool as that in D1.”
