Infinite loading screen!!! Please help!
Everytime I try to sign in to a character I just get the black loading screen infinitely. It's been going on for a few weeks now. Please help!

5 RepliesHi Dernandex. Thanks for reaching out to us. What region are you located in? What brand is your router/modem? Do you receive this error on every character? Do you use a wired or WiFi connection? Would you happen to have another console that you could attempt to test? Would it be possible for you to take your console to another location and use that location's internet to attempt to connect?
