If I purchased Destiny 2 before the expansions and forsaken were bundled do I have to buy Forsaken separately?

The Forsaken is only sold as a part of the Destiny 2: Forsaken - Complete Collection currently. You should be able to find this in console / Blizzard stores.

So if I just bought Destiny 2 I would then have to pay for Forsaken as well?
