A Phantom pressed the button, and the beeping stopped. “Exiting slipspace now.” The warship exited slipspace. A figure teleported into the bridge. “Well. The teleportation technology works. I’ve already ordered that the elite troopers be outfitted with them. And since you’ll be on the field with us...” The figure held out a small disk-like device, as if offering it to K’raiv. K’raiv stepped forward, took the disk, and inserted it into his headpiece. He tested it by teleporting to the far side of the room, then gave a thumbs up. “Works for me.” The figure nodded, and was about to teleport out, but was cut off by K’raiv. “Sen. Don’t try anything. Betraying your own race isn’t something one does without second thoughts.” “I know, sir. Understood.” Sen teleported into offtopic’s capital city, and waited for the Phantoms to arrive.
