Rat King Quest

I dismantled Rat King Quest and now it seems to be unobtainable. I have checked Sloan’s inventory on all 3 characters and it’s not showing up. Apparently I need it to get Outbreak Perfected. Anyone know an easy way to reacquire it?

Allo ShaftBadger, To require the rat king quest you should do activities with another player who has the rat king equipped.
