Managerie is dead
So, it's not even a month after the "hotfix" and there's no more players on it's matchmaking.
Heroic mode? NAH... you either group up or give up.

I wouldn’t say it’s dead but so far this week my 5 runs all my teammates don’t seem to know what to do. Even in the lamps at the start 🤷♂️
