Nobody is using it except for shits and giggles. I suggest it should be given rampage and kills reload a portion to the magazine. It needs perks to compliment the gun and what it does. If the gun is called sweet business...it needs to deliver. EDIT: I meant a PvE buff but if it performs well in PvP, then maybe it's a PvP weapon.
