The small town of Olfan on the island of Opilav-5 has fallen. Citizens report webs covering the only bridge, stopping commerce. They report fog has been unusually heavy, so no one has seen any update on the island. No communication from the island has been received in a month.
Opilav is only 5 square kilometers large and resides about 700 miles north of Offtopic city. The bridge is webbed off, the waters are cold and the airspace has low visibility. Olfan is styled like a Russian village of sorts.
RP begins here. Find out what happened and take action.
We now have music: https://youtu.be/H-2XJftVQWM
The rp for today is over. The town still needs to be saved, and Sumpig activated his homing beacon(which means something went wrong. Phase 2 will be tomorrow or later next week. Thanks for playing!)

Edited by Warlock Holmes: 5/6/2020 3:47:09 PMSo it begins.
-
I'll try to be available for phase 2.
-
I may have been asleep during the beginning but I’ll still bump!
-
Dangit I’m too late
-
Seems interesting, even though I'm late I'll still bump this for support.
-
These things always seem to happen when I'm busy with D&D. Welp, good luck everyone!
-
I jump off of the bridge
-
*warlock Holmes approaches the bridge. Instead of his Victorian London attire he is dressed in typical mage robes and has spell components attached to his belt* “Spooky fog, weird webs. Sounds like a nice day”
-
*a figure in a grey trench coat a gas mask and a helmet, wielding a flamethrower on their back, approaches the bridge* . . . EWW
-
I approach the bridge (in humanoid form) with my gun raised
-
Damn spiders back at it again. I approach the bridge
-
I jump in out of hyperspace at the helm of The Supremacy, and fire a controlled blast of flames to destroy the webs*
-
*I walk over to the webbed off bridge and begin to look around, studying the webs.* It’s either I’ve been playing way to much D&D and watching to much stranger things, or something is seriously wrong here.
