Not able to Deactivate Cross Save- Help Please Bungie !

Despite my attempts to deactivate cross save I have not been able to access my XB1 destiny 2 account due to an "unresolved error" that I have to wait 90 days since I recently purchased silver on my Destiny account. However if I did buy silver on my Xbox or PS4 account this was before Cross Save had been implemented. I would love to keep playing destiny on my Xbox One (my preferred platform) but I'm sad to say the game is no longer interesting me on my cross saved accounts as I am just going though the motions I have too many times before on both platforms. Please help!

  • I am currently having the same issue. I am basically screwed out of the entire splicer season. If there is anything you can tell me that might help that would be great if you are even still active

  • Hello,   Thank you for your report. If currently logged in, please log out of Destiny 2 on all platforms. Once you log back in, your account should be configured with Cross Save enabled for your [Xbox] characters.
