Hi I have been having an issue where my xbox one x will freeze while playing destiny 2. It has happened many times, often while playing PvP. I have had my xbox replaced twice by Microsoft, so it is definitely not a one off hardware issue. It has happened on all three consoles. I have done all the standard stuff, uninstall-reinstall, clear cache, hard reset, factory reset etc following Microsoft standard practices, and at that point they have recommended for it to be replaced, however now that i am on my 3rd xbox one x and the issue is still happening, it must be a destiny issue. Destiny is the only game that causes the console to freeze. So it must be a destiny issue. How can i capture more information so that this problem can be resolved? Thanks
