Why am I not getting Boons of Opulence when completing Tribute Hall bounties?

I completed all 12 Tribute Hall bounties today but only got Boons of Opulence for 4 of them. Is this a bug, or is there a daily limit?

You only get 4 boons per day iirc . I know there is a limit .
