He's probably very stressed, as he is the lead for a company making its first big release after splitting with Activision. I hope he's able to keep up and do good work.

They should have canned him after D2's launch. But hey, someone decided an English Lit major with Zero game design experience amd zero games under his belt ahould be their lead dev for a franchise Bungie claimed they wanted to surpass Halo and bethis generations Star Wars... Ambition met reality and it wasnt pretty as we cam see.
