Does our guardians speak this Expansion , or are we just going to give blank stares while our ghost and NPCs carry the story?

Funny you mention that. I've been running through the campaigns with my kids and this really annoys the hell out of me. Even my kids kept saying "Why doesn't my character say anything?".
