Steam download
My steam download wont finish, it just goes back" to update needed". It is at 80,4 GB from 80,4 GB. Is this normal, because of the preload or something else?

Mine finished just fine saying Preload Completed. Do you have enough space?

Mine is doing the same thing, my guess is the update will finish before unlock. Maybe because it is not finished it is still in the encrypted form preventing datamine
