I caused myself a serious problem. I preordered the Deluxe Shadowkeep but crosssaved onto the wrong account in my tired, generally confused state. Once that happened, I bought shadowkeep for my old account which I had in fact crossaved with my PlayStation charachters when I did not mean to since it was not even an account I played any games on, just a test to see if I can create an account, but I kept the password in my notepad apparentely and it had a similar name to my current one, O's were 0's and even the e-mail was the same. I genuinely forgot about its existence. So, I disabled cross save obviously, thinking I would be able to still play my charachters. I was not. Which, when I thought about it, made sense, but the ninety day wait is killing me on the inside. I do not have any charachters on either steam account, so I had no reason to disable crosssave to retrieve them or something. I was wondering if there was a way to confirm that I am not a cheat nor a hack that you have placed this security system for, but just a clumsy person who was a bit overexcited and crosssave onto the right Steam account with the Deluxe edition that I already paid for. I did not buy any silver for either account. Did not make any transactions besides getting Destiny 2 and Shadokeep. I do not have access to my PS4 as I am a student. Yet, I want to enjoy your game at least next week Please, help me and whoever is in a similar situation. If I have to go through some more authentification, that is not a problem for me, but this time I will make sure that I do my part properly. I know that the ninety days wait is a security measure, but if someone makes a genuine mistake, as silly as that may sound with all the verification you put in but anything can happen as you can see and yes, it is our fault, but I personally do not want to be punished so severely for this, it's practically skipping a season that you paid for if not more. Please, at the very least, respond. Have a nice time of day.
