So I'm having a problem. I am a PS4 player migrating to PC, when the cross-save option first launched before shadowkeep I had set everything up and this week when I download D2 on my PC and try to login with my steam account my PS4 character does not show up. When I go to my cross-save settings it seams I placed a wrong steam account and now I can't change it because I need to deactivate it before changing it but, to do that I need to authenticate it. For that, I need to log in to the steam account (the incorrect one) but the passwords I normally use do not work. when I go to steam to try and recover the password for the (incorrect) account they tell me that the user does not exist. what can I do to change the steam account to the correct one?
