Welcome to what Division 2 Players have been dealing with!
Minute I saw this system I already knew all the problems that were going to crop up with it. Hopefully it takes Bungie less time to address it than Massive did.

Yeah, I think when people start really digging into putting “builds” together they will begin to see the problems, right now most are busy leveling and aren’t really putting much thought into spec’ing into one thing or another.

Nonsense. This system is nowhere near that complicated. And Massive’s issue is that they wanted D2 to be more of a tactical shooter and the player base didn’t. So they had to retune the entire game. But by the time they did it most people had played. Through the relevant content. And Massive is PAINFULLY SLOW in adding new content to the game.
