so i cant get either my console character or blizzard account character to transfer to steam. both of which have all paid dlc for and the game itself dating back to release. I enabled cross save not on my main account and when i tried to switch it i now have to wait 89 days to play the game ive paid for on two separate platforms with a ton of dlc for. Is this what i am understanding? im supposed to do nothing for 90 days...
