Nah you need to unlock the new resilience mod then you can put it in any armour. I have it and I can get tier 9 reslience on my gambit prime set

Where did you get the new resilience mod? And that is super lame that I have to rediscover a mod I already had.

I can't remember where I got that one but I've had most of them from gunsmith packages. It sucks but shouldn't take too long
