Agreed and best part is most blue armour have better stats lmao bungie are so useless

This. Practically all of the legendary armor pieces I've come across have shit energy capacity, and no advantages over rares to make up for it.

That is because everyone complains about having to run “bad” armor to level up. Now the leveling up not only goes really fast but the blue gear is actually not horrible.
