Bungie has 3 types of statements:
The pre-release hype statements, which always turn out to be BS.
The we got caught lying denial lie, "what, us throttle XP? No way........."
The admittance after being shown the evidence of their lie; "maybe we were throttling XP, won't happen again".
So basically, unless they are admitting something after being shown the evidence, its probably BS.

Press 1 if you want to hear "I'll take this to the devs" Press 2 if you want to hear "Your feedback is important to us" Press 3 if you want to hear "We hear you loud and clear" Press 4 if you want to hear "The devs are still evaluating the situation" Press 5 for all other options, Beep, we're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected, If you feel this is an error please hang up and try again.
