Ace of Spades Catalyst seems to be not that great =/
Reading of a more powerful Dragonfly Effect combined with Memento Mori excited me, but in the reality, it's not that great.
Both in PvP and PvE I barely noticed the difference and also other people told me that they felt the same. It seems that the blast radius of Dragonfly remains the same and the damage, yes, it is increased, but not that much to make some kind of difference...
Is this just for me?

It's pretty decent in PvE against trash ads. It's atleast noticable, I'd say it's downfall is it's an exotic and with all the exotic power weapons to choose from it probably won't get chosen over those. I still enjoy using Ace when I'm patrolling.
