Cross save/ pc move issues please help!!!

Back when bungie was still doing the pc move/ cross save. I moved and saved my original destiny 2 account from blizzard to steam and the cross save will not carry over my saved data it just says it’s been transferred but nothing shows when I start up destiny 2 please help!!!!

I am haven the same problem too but haven not gotten a replie from bungie and it say that it will take up to 53 days befor i can cancel it
