I eat out at least one meal a day.. either breakfast tacos or burgers.. I eat pretty bland because I got problems. Anyways,I’m not overweight and maybe considered underweight compared to the average American cowboy.
I’m not into talking to real medical professionals because they want to rip open my chest and eat my beating heart.
So my question is, if I eat out a lot but I’m not overweight then do I even need to worry about this? Or is it too late and I’m about to have a massive heart attack?

I went to dip cuz the smokes made my blood feel like it was boiling. Dip is bad but there is no smoke. Dont vape. Vaping did the same as smokes. Too bad too, i liked it. Look into drinking carrot juice. Seriously, it helps me. Edit. Dont take the aspirin with the beer.. One or the other.
