Season pass not showing up on my account

I have bought both dlcs (forsaken and shadowkeep) on pc, then moved ps4 characters over to my steam account via cross save. Now I do still have access to the dlc content, but I am not able to play any of the season of the undying content. PLEASE HELP

Started a new topic: I purchased forsaken when it first came out on pc, I have crosssaved to PS4 but the forsaken content hasn't transferred. Can someone tell me how to fix this?(1 Reply)

you have to check if you only purchased shadowkeep only or the whole deluxe edition? season of the undying is part of the annual pass not part of shadowkeep so just double check what did you get

dlcs are not included on the cross save only your characters so you need to own the dlc on each consoles you wan to play on.
