Where to report to bungie support for ddosers
Video explains it but the guy is a ddosser who is boosting these two others guys who have, respectfully, a 0.70ish k/d with only 10 matches played on one of their accounts.

You probably should remove the video since it could be considered name and shame. That said, this is a funny video. It appears the DoSser got disconnected by weasel (not a DoS or he’d have no chat), then you hear him saying he can kick the other team, but kicks his own teammate instead. Remember not to Drink and DoS.
