I had to make a new thread because as far as I can see there is no way to search for a specific thread, nor could I locate my past one on my profile. Destiny 2 crashes at least once a day with an error telling me "Problem reading game content." Bungie has a pinned post on the forums telling you to delete a specific file from the game folder and that should fix it, but not to try this if you're running the game as an admin. Issue is, that file is nowhere to be found in my files whatsoever and I'm not running it as an admin either. This would be annoying if it was just a crash, but it's made so much worse that it will crash [b]every. single. time.[/b] after the crash if I don't verify the game files every single time. This process takes about 6-10 minutes and turns a single crash into a long tiresome wait. Not to mention the fact that the game is still "running" and broken and needs to be shut down with the task manager. This was a problem on BattleNet and somehow over two years later it's still an issue? This to me just brings out all the other errors and glitches that seem to be well known for a long time but have yet to be fixed. I haven't played since osiris but the warmind 45 memory fragments are glitched for me and I'm finding people reporting this from when the DLC first came out. Black armory frames are just missing, exotic quest bugs, the list goes on. I just don't understand how things like this get reported months and months ago don't get fixed. When there's an error in Warframe it's fixed within less than a week but Destiny has errors present from launch. I love this game I really do, and I'm sure Bungie had a lot to do to prepare for the shift to steam and it took a lot of effort. But to just ignore these issues and not issue a patch at all for these 2 weeks after this launched on steam is just really sad. I really hope they start offering better support and faster patches. EDIT: Also finally got my game to run again to be informed I have a gambit suspension because every time I found a match, 3 times in a row it instantly crashed the game before the loading screen even started. I'm being punished for Bungie's mistake.
