Error: No loot when turning in quest
Hi,
I just went to the tower. Got kicked back to orbit. rejoined. got kicked back.
Third time's the charm so I ran around for a bit to see if I could stay and it was fine.
Then i turned in the quest "Unlimited Power" with the cryptarch and got noting from him.
When I read up on it it says you're supposed to get the Exotic "Riskrunner" from this.
Am I screwed on this or how do I move on from now? Where do I even report a bug like this?

to get risk runner you neen to do a quest at edz... grab the gun from a table at cayde-6 secret room after jump part at chasm (after killing boss) the quest where you need to go to cosmodrome, kill a walker and a fallen boss
