So as the title says, can't start Destiny 2 through Steam. The error I am getting is "Content File Locked". So on steam, the game looks like it's stuck trying to update but it cant because "Content File Locked". I have tried everything that the Steam help page has offered; restarting computer, clearing download cache, changing download region, reinstalling Steam, reinstalling Destiny 2, and verifying game files. Even through all these actions done, I am still getting the same error. This problem only exists with Destiny 2, I can launch and play other games. I even installed a different free game that I never had before and that worked properly. I really don't know what's wrong, any help is much appreciated!
