I have a idea that would allow everyone to require any legendary armor weither the armor has random perks or not at the with the stat format and perk options as the new armor

I am only pointing this out because I am a beta tester for bungie inc and I have been since halo 3 and reach now there is a to make it players can require any and all legendary armor from their collection with the 2.0 armor version setup
