Hi I have just bought the Fenghuang warlock ornament. However, it seems I've misunderstood its use. I had incorrectly assumed that the ornament was universal, but it's only for an exotic I don't own and don't have much interest in perusing. I've already opened the ornament up, and the option to refund it has disappeared. Am I really stuck with this cosmetic that I'm never going to use? Or is there any way I can still return it?
