Fighting Lion needs to be blacklisted on Momentum Control
It one shots. I just slogged through 5 hours of grinding out kills to get my masterwork on Vigilance Wing. EVERY GAME! At least one person was using it! EVERY DAMN GAME! And because the game mode boosts damage output to enemies. It one shots you every time! Its not fun, its infuriating.
Also controlling the points only to get 3 people one shot by something that starts with ammo every time they respawn? Its broken, unbalanced, and unfair. It shouldn't be allowed in Momentum mode. And therefore should be blacklisted for the playlist.
Course now I'm waiting for everyone who uses the thing in the mode to start shouting at me, saying "Its fair! You just don't have it or you'd be using it too!" No, no I will not... Even if I do get it someday. I will NEVER use that weapon myself in that game mode. Because I have standards. Also i don't want to put anyone else through what I myself am not willing to deal with.

I don't mind it because if it gets my fellow guardians the mountain top faster more power to them. I did that quest when you actually needed the full amount of medals, and when I heard that was going to be relaxed I rejoiced. The scout rifle battles are brutal but my god they are fun. On twilight gap it just reminds me of all the D1 ice breaker battles I had across the map. It's a shame it'll be ending tomorrow. It basically is like hardcore mode from cod or swat from halo.

3 RepliesI'm not disagreeing with you, but when you compare 1 or 2 guys using a Fighting Lion farming for mountaintop or whatever, to the 10 other guardians spamming 1 shot head shots across the map with a Jade Rabbit it's really not that bad. It's just an opportunity for people to farm what they wanna farm at an easier and faster rate, whether that be the MT, the Randy's or even a catalyst. Blacklisting guns seems pretty extreme, the game warns you preemptively that firearms do significantly more damage, so the fact that an exotic grenade launcher that fires explosive rounds 1 shots people, is really no surprise at all. I agree that the ammo count especially per pickup is a tad OTT but other than that I see no errors.
