I'm guesing Bungie is aware of the issue with armor elements predeterming our mods and loadouts with it, so I'll throw out an idea to fix this problem.
How about giving our Gunsmith the possibility to change the armor element, aswell as the stats distribution.
Lets say changing the element cost 10 Enhancement Prism and to re-roll your armor it would cost 10 Enhancement Shards.
So if you get a high stats armor like 65, but it got high Resillience, forging it with the Gunsmith it will be the same overall stat, but in distributed randomly on other stats.
Any other ideas?
