Items cannot be transferred between accounts unfortunately. That being said.. redeemable codes are actually tied to the Bungie.net profile they were redeemed on rather than a Destiny 2 account. You could unlink your old PSN account and link your new PSN account to the same profile and you should gain access to these redeemed items.
