I have taken the steps to go onto my old account. This is the same person just on my old account. I see that "Unlink" next to PSN is darkened out and I can't click it. I put my steam account in and I still can't unlink my old PSN. Any ideas?

You cannot be signed in to the profile using the account you’re trying to unlink. You’ll need to sign out and sign back in using your Steam account. You can then unlink the PSN account. Please note that you cannot unlink accounts while you have cross save enabled.
